Greetings Foothill College Owls:
Welcome to a new blog that is all about accessing the Student Services you need at Foothill College, right where you take your math, engineering and physical sciences courses. Whether it’s computer science that is giving you agony, or recalling the order of operations, we hope that the PSME Center can be the beacon on your favorite college campus. Tutoring, coffee, tea, crumpets and now — academic counseling — is available to you four days a week in the PSME Division through the end of March 2015. Here is how you can make an appointment to see a counselor at the PSME Center:
1. Log onto the One-To-One Tutoring and Counseling Kiosk located at the new reception area of the PSME Center, Room 4213.
2. Check in with one of the Early Alert program staff, located in offices 4120 and 4144.
3. Drop by during drop-in counseling hours, 1-3pm Tuesdays.
We visited over 100 math, engineering and science courses this Winter 2015 to advertise the new options for counseling this quarter. Feel free to let us know how we are doing by emailing psmealert[at]foothill.edu or dropping by the PSME Center. Ask for the Early Alert team!
